Welcome to Deer Hill! We couldn’t be happier to have you on board. This website contains information to help you prepare for your arrival at Deer Hill and paperwork to complete and upload by the date on your contract.

Please arrive at the Deer Hill Basecamp between 3pm and 5pm on the afternoon prior to your contract start date. If you plan to fly, Deer Hill can provide you with transportation to and from the Durango Airport. If you plan to arrive by vehicle, stop by the office once you arrive so you can introduce yourself and receive a tour of Basecamp.
Please use the attached Packing Guidelines to help you pack for your time with Deer Hill. You will be living in a furnished apartment with other Interns, so please bring what you need, but remember that you will be living with others in a small space. If you have any questions about what to bring, please contact the Staff Manager.
These living guidelines will help to orient you to Deer Hill and hopefully provide some of the details about your internship to help you feel well prepared for your arrival. If you have any questions about them, please let us know.
