Inquiry for Group Programs

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN GROUP PROGRAMMING AT DEER HILL

  • Please enter a number from 5 to 500.
Deer Hill provides guided expeditionary programs (river trips, backpacking, service trips, etc.), and also offers a comfortable Facility (lodging, meals, meeting space, etc.). Often, expeditionary programs include time at our Basecamp Facility, and a unique aspect of our Basecamp programs is the option to include expedition support.
  • This question and the next one will help us develop a timeframe during which you would like your program to run. Later in the conversation we'll identify exact dates.
  • Please enter a number from 4 to 30.
Measured in days, how long would you like your program to run? This can be a rough estimate.
  • If you know the date you would most like to start your program, please enter that here. Remember to factor in time to travel to Deer Hill, or the starting location of your program.
  • What would you like to accomplish for your group in this program? Is it about fun, about challenge, about group bonding, education, community service, etc.?
  • Does your group, or any of its individuals, have any physical, medical, behavioral, cultural or religious needs that might impact the structure of the program? (No need to get into dietary preferences/restrictions here--that will happen later.)

“I came here with the naïve idea of finding ALL of myself. Because of Deer Hill I learned that the mountains give you the strength to discover little fragments of yourself you didn’t know existed. It is these fragments that you carry for the rest of your life.”

"…best three weeks of my life. I felt mentally and physical stronger and more independent. I met incredible people and built friendships that I will never forget. Now that I have conquered the hardships during the trip, I believe in myself. Finding myself in the middle of nowhere was amazing!”

“Deer Hill gave me lots of new experiences and lessons. Most were breathtaking; some were funny; all were amazing.”
